The apartment building is centrally located and close to the Messe Berlin / ICC (1 subway station) and the Olympic Stadium and Waldbühne (4 subway stations) away. Due to the central location and the connection to the subway (U Sophie-Charlotte-Platz) and S-Bahn (S Messe Nord/ICC), the Berlin city center can be reached quickly. The family-run apartment house has rooms of various sizes. All apartments are equipped with cable TV, sitting area, a small breakfast kitchen (refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishes & kettle) and a private bathroom. Our team is looking forward to welcome you in Berlin in our house.

Property info

The apartment house, now in its third generation, is centrally located near the Messe Berlin, the Olympic Stadium and the Waldbühne. Due to the direct connection with U Bahn, S Bahn and bus, the City West and the City East can be reached quickly and easily. Each of our apartments has its own bathroom and a small breakfast kitchen with refrigerator, sink, microwave, kettle, dishes and cutlery. Check in and check out is easy and contactless via key boxes outside at the building entrance, so that arrivals and departures are also possible outside the opening hours of our reception.
