With the opening of the appartello - smarttime living Berlin, we are expanding our hotel family this year (2026). In addition to our property in Hamburg, which has been open since September 2016, we are now also pleased to welcome guests to Germany’s capital. At both locations, our smarttime living concept and our hospitality form the foundation for a temporary home away from home.

appartello stands for modern design, comfortable amenities, and a sense of well-being thanks to our genuine hospitality. The combination of hotel services and the comforts of an apartment creates the feeling of a home away from home while offering the freedom of self-catering. Our living room is available to all guests and invites you to linger, network, and relax. From digital check-in to check-out, your stay runs smoothly—if you have any questions or requests, our staff will be happy to assist you.

Neighborhood info

The S-Bahn station Adlershof and shops for daily necessities are located right nearby. There are also several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. For longer walks, we recommend a trip to the nearby Johannisthal Landscape Park or a bike ride toward Müggelsee.
