The New Town apartment in the heart of Dresden's Neustadt is a modern 2-room apartment with a great south-east facing balcony. The apartment is located in the Outer Neustadt district on Görlitzer Str. 16. You can reach the historic center of the city in no time by bike or public transport. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment you will find numerous shops, bars and restaurants. The green lung of the Neustadt, the Alaunpark, and the Dresden Heath are within walking distance. Directly opposite the house is the so-called Kunsthofpassage with many small shops and galleries. The apartment itself is divided into a bedroom with a wide double bed, a bathroom with shower and a spacious living/dining area with modern kitchenette and balcony. In the living area there is a 1.40m wide sofa bed for 2 additional guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The flooring in the apartment is made of high-quality parquet. On the spacious balcony you can enjoy your breakfast in the sunshine or take a peaceful afternoon nap. The apartment has WiFi and flat screen TV.
