The space includes a bedroom equipped with 4 single beds, allowing up to 4 guests to stay comfortably—ideal for colleagues on a business trip, friends, or a small family. The apartment also features a living area with integrated storage in the kitchen for bed linens and towels. Although there is no separate storage room, the layout is designed for maximum comfort and functionality. The building provides individual waste bins for each apartment in the courtyard. For vehicles there is free parking available, no prior reservation needed. *Cleaning Policy: The apartment will be clean only before and after your stay. If you wish to have extra cleaning, you can book it in our extra services for an additional price. *Extra Services: In addition, We propose extra services such as late check-out.
