The apartment is quietly situated facing the garden on the first floor and is accessible via an external spiral staircase. It features a bedroom with a 2-meter-wide double bed and a sofa bed in the living room for one person. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, SodaStream, toaster, and fridge with freezer compartment. The modern bathroom offers a shower and toilet.
