Enjoy a stylish stay in this conveniently located apartment in the center of Kell am See, close to the Ruwer-Hochwald cycle path and many attractions. The apartment is quietly situated facing the garden on the first floor and is accessible via an external spiral staircase. It features a bedroom with a 2-meter-wide double bed and a sofa bed in the living room for one person. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, SodaStream, toaster, and fridge with freezer compartment. The modern bathroom offers a shower and toilet. Relax on the south-facing balcony, or unwind in the garden pavilion and barbecue area. Please note: The apartment is not suitable for construction workers or tradespeople.
