BENSIMON are a combination of our nicknames (Ben & Simon). For many years we have been best friends and business partner. Since during our studies we used every free minute to travel the world together. So it was obvious when we weren’t in the city to rent our own apartments to tourists. From these rentals a lot of great friendships and experiences have emerged, so we have turned our hobby into a profession. Our mission is very simple since the beginning: Our job is to ensure you as our guests an unforgettable & perfect stay. You should feel like at home from the beginning and if you need something we care about. In this sense we wish you a great time in Berlin. Property info

Our mission is that all our guests will feel at home in our apartments without missing the comfort of a classic boutique hotel. The house was built at the beginning of the 20th century (1903) as a traditional manufactory, in which mainly chirugic instruments were produced. We immediately realized that we had found a little jewel here: The charm of a factory, the size of a residential house and the possibility of completely rebuilding this house to the needs of our guests led us to transform this factory building into a modern and authentic apartment house. We would love to welcome you in Berlin and to our charming residence soon. The city tax fee applies to all overnight stays. It is 7,5 % of the total booking price (net price) excluding VAT and fees for amenities and services. The tax is collected by us during the online check-in and then transferred to the state budget.

Neighborhood info

Our house is located in Berlin-Moabit, which is a part of the famous district Berlin-Mitte. Berlin is a huge city without only one center, but you can reach very easy the most of the sightseeing points and nightlife under 20min with the public transport. You will find the "S Beusselstr." with the circle line ("Ringbahn") which is driving 24h at the weekend and the TXL Bus (Express for the Airport) only 200m away from our house. With the TXL Bus you can reach e.g. the main station in 9 min and from here the Brandenburger Gate, Reichstag and other sightseeing parts are very close. The nightlife hotspots in the westside are reachable in 15 min and the clubs in the eastside in around 20min.
