Moin, I'm Jan Ueberall. My wife Friederike and I rent out the ground floor apartment of Huus Binnensee, located in Neue Tiefe on the island of Fehmarn. Our aim is to create a place where our guests feel welcome from the very first moment – surrounded by peace, open skies, and space to breathe. The apartment is located on the ground floor of our house and opens directly into a private garden. Well-behaved dogs are very welcome – and they often settle in faster than their humans. We live nearby in Burg on Fehmarn and are always available for any questions or requests – while also respecting your privacy. Cleanliness, quality, and genuine hospitality are especially important to us. Welcome to the ground floor apartment of Huus Binnensee.

The apartment is located on the ground floor of Huus Binnensee and features its own private entrance, a covered terrace, a conservatory, and direct access to the large garden. From here, you can enjoy beautiful views of Burger Binnensee, the marina, and the Fehmarn Sound Bridge – especially at sunset. The bright living area offers free Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, a comfortable reading chair, and plenty of natural daylight. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, stove, dishwasher, and coffee machine. A round dining table overlooks the garden. Basic supplies such as dishwashing liquid, kitchen towels, and rubbish bags are provided. The main bedroom features a double bed (180 × 200 cm) with blackout blinds. The second bedroom has a pull-out bed (80–160 cm), making it ideal for children, teenagers, or additional guests. The bathroom includes a bathtub with shower screen, a window, and a hairdryer. Shampoo, shower gel, and an initial supply of toilet paper are provided. 🔇 Ideal for guests looking for peace and relaxation. 🚭 The apartment and the entire property are non-smoking areas. Smoking is only permitted outside the property. 🐾 One dog is very welcome. Please add your dog to your booking free of charge via the digital guest guide before arrival so that we can prepare everything for your four-legged companion. 🚗 Free parking is available on the street directly in front of the property. 🚲 Bicycles and e-bikes can be stored in the locked bike shed. The mandatory local visitor's tax (OstseeCard) is not included in the accommodation price and must be paid separately.

The apartments are located in Neue Tiefe, a peaceful part of Fehmarn, ideal for guests who enjoy nature, relaxation, and being close to the water. The popular South Beach (Südstrand) is about a 15-minute walk or just 5 minutes by bike away. The nearby marinas of Burgstaaken and Burgtiefe are perfect for a leisurely stroll and offer cafés, restaurants, and delicious local fish sandwiches. Beautiful cycling and walking trails begin right outside the front door, leading along Burger Binnensee, through open countryside, and towards Burg or Wulfener Hals. Supermarkets, bakeries, and pharmacies can be found in the nearby town of Burg, which is easily reached by bike or car. A local bread delivery service is also available upon prior request.
