Make yourself comfortable in a queen-size beam bed made of solid acacia wood (160x200), spend relaxing evenings with a glass of wine on the balcony and enjoy the comfort of a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, microwave, stove with induction hob, refrigerator and freezer. A whisper-quiet split air conditioning system from Bosch ensures pleasant temperatures even in midsummer. For cinephiles there is a 65 inch Smart TV from Samsung including a Netfix subscription. Make yourself comfortable in the two cinema seats and enjoy an exciting film! There are very good job opportunities in the apartment. The radio tower and ICC are within sight. In the immediate vicinity you will find a small supermarket, a pizzeria and a newspaper kiosk. There is a delicious snack and late-night shopping at the nearby S-Bahn station. The city highway is also close, but it is not noisy and the apartment has triple glazing.
