The lovingly furnished, newly designed and very well equipped apartment is located in a separate building from the main building. You live in a very quiet location on the southern outskirts of Nuremberg. By public transport (bus / suburban train) you can reach the main station of Nuremberg in 25 minutes without stress from the stop, which is only a few minutes' walk away. The Nuremberg Fair is easiest to reach in just 20 minutes by car.
We are uncomplicated people who like to meet other people.
The neighborhood is very quiet. On foot you are in a few minutes on the Main-Donau Canal, which you can theoretically walk to Nuremberg or to the Rothsee or go by bike. The Eibacher Forst and the Rednitzgrund can be reached within a few minutes by foot. Grocery stores (Norma, REWE), a bakery, butcher, Raiffeisenbank and Sparkasse, doctors, flower shops and restaurants (Greek, Italian, Franconian) are also within walking distance.
