The tastefully furnished apartment impresses with three beautiful rooms (2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 living-dining area with open kitchen). There is a garden, a covered terrace and two exclusive parking spaces. The apartment is located right in the village center - at the heart of the action. And only 150 meters from the lake! In winter, the nearest ski area is just a 40-minute drive away. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (for a fee). Smoking and parties are not allowed. Guests must bring their own towels. Tea towels, kitchen towels, bed linen and hand soap are provided on site. Motorcycles and bicycles can be stored in a covered area in the garden.
