Lake Userin is about 300 metres away. Combined canoe/bike tours through the beautiful surroundings of the Mecklenburg Lake District as well as canoe and kayak hire can be arranged. All holiday apartments have a communal utility room with washing machine (use for a fee) and ironing facilities. A rowing boat on Lake Userin can also be used free of charge. Car parking spaces are available. The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels, water and energy. Userin is a village on the lake of the same name between the small towns of Neustrelitz and Wesenberg (7 km each).
