A lovely suite which accommodate all your needs while away from home. This contemporary suite offers you long hours of sleep in a comfortable King size bed. Otherwise entertain yourself with your own game room equipped with a beautiful pool table, dart board, board games and video console with over 20,000 games. Enjoy the nature and aspire fresh air at the balcony, or perhaps refresh your body from a busy day at work in the bath tub, or simply relax on a luxury couch while viewing your favourite movie in a 55" big screen TV. Listing is designed for 2 adults but we welcome a couple with a baby as well just send us a message with your booking request. Entire apartment for you and your group. More than welcome to assist you in all your needs to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Quiete and very relaxing neighborhood. Playground for children on site. Private parking assigned to the suite. Just 5 mins driving from Grafenwoehr Training Area and steps away from grocery shops, restaurants, banks, stores and 10 mins walking distance from the remarkable "Russweiher" lake (iconic site in the area), with water sports on a calid summer and a mini golf right across from it.
