Welcome to D10! Our 8 single rooms and 4 double rooms are designed for functionality and comfort – ideal for guests looking for a practical and clean accommodation at a fair price. Each room is equipped with a refrigerator including a small freezer compartment, as well as dishes and cutlery for self-catering. High-speed Wi-Fi is also available – perfect for working or relaxing. A fully equipped shared kitchen and separate, regularly cleaned shared bathrooms for men and women provide additional comfort. A laundry room with a washing machine and dryer (for an additional fee) is also available. Check-in is fully contactless via a personal door code – flexible and hassle-free. Please note: Towels are not included in the price.

Neighborhood info

Good location in Garching near Munich: The subway (U6, Garching-Hochbrück station) is only about 200 m away – Marienplatz can be reached in around 20 minutes without transfers. The A9 motorway is also quickly accessible. Supermarkets, restaurants, and bakeries are located nearby, and free public parking is available on the street. The Garching research campus (TUM) and numerous companies are in the immediate vicinity. The Allianz Arena and Munich Airport can be reached within a short time.
