This roof terrace flat includes one parking space, a furnished terrace facing south, a large living and dining area with a fold-out sofa bed and fully equipped fitted kitchen including coffee capsule machine, bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, a bedroom with box spring bed and large wardrobe, air conditioning. The A3 is close to the flat, so traffic noise is to be expected outside. However, due to the good insulation and the soundproof windows, it is pleasantly quiet in the flat.
