“Schöne, ruhige Lage. Liegt am Ortsrand, daher super um mit dem Hund raus zu gehen. Von hier aus ist die sehenswerte Stadt Passau ca. 10 Minuten Autofahrt entfernt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Im Haus ist alles was man braucht.”

Vacation home "Dahoam" means "Home" in Bavarian. That's exactly the feeling we would like to give our gasts. To feel at Home, here in beautiful Bavaria. The vacation home lies in a small quiet village, nearby some beautiful sightseeing places like the city Passau, the Bavarian National Park and more. Guests are required to bring there own towels and bed sheets. For a small fee it's possible to borrow towels and bed sheets.
We (Sjors and Ilona) are a couple with two different nationalities. Ilona was born and raised here in Bavaria. I (Sjors) am a Dutchman who immigrated a while ago. We're both active people who like to go out into nature and enjoy hiking in the hills and mountains which are very nearby.
Within 10 minutes driving, you'll find the city Passau. It's a very romantic and rustic city to enjoy a walk trough and see the different sightseeing places which it has to offer. Good restaurants and beautiful monumental points as well. Within half an hour of driving you'll find the Bavarian National Park, which has a lot to offer for hinking, mountainbiking and a lot more. Even during wintertime there is a lot to offer around us. Within 35 - 40 minutes there are different locations to do some wintersport. Especially for the beginner or novice skier/snowboarder the area offers some very good slobes. Enjoy a day in the snow and when you return in the evening, sit down at the fireplaces and relax while enjoying your "Glühwein" or beer and play some cards with friends. Furthermore there's a Spa nearby where you can enjoy a day of relaxing (2.7km). If you like to play golf, there are 5 different Golf Clubs between 10 and 25km around us. There you can enjoy the game at the fullest, because there is almost no waiting time.
