Located in a quiet area on the Moselle promenade in Perl-Besch, you will have a green view of the garden and a side view of the Moselle River from the living area. The apartment features a separate bedroom with TV and a sofa bed in the living room, also with TV. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the living area. The interior bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine. The apartment is on the first floor and is one of four units in the building. Parking is available at the property. The surrounding area offers a variety of activities across three countries: explore Luxembourg and France, cycle the Moselle bike path to Koblenz or into France, try stand-up paddling, enjoy panoramic hiking trails, visit the Saarschleife in Orscholz, Trier, Roman excavations, and much more.
