Property info

Deluxe apartment with clean lines and high-quality materials. The fully equipped kitchen, bright living area, and sunny terrace immediately create a pleasant living environment. Two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a flexible daybed, offer comfortable sleeping areas. Together with the sofa bed, there is room for up to 6 people. Ideal for guests who appreciate design, comfort, and a quiet, well-kept environment.

Neighborhood info

Dingolfing train station is just a few minutes’ walk away and offers regular connections to Landshut, Munich, and Passau. The town center with shops, cafés, and restaurants is also quickly accessible. The BMW plant in Dingolfing is located nearby – ideal for business travelers. For leisure, you can enjoy walks along the Isar or explore the surrounding nature. Munich can be reached in about 60 minutes, and Bayern-Park in around 25 minutes by car. The A92 motorway is also easily accessible. Free parking is available at the apartment.
