Just a few steps away, the Beltringharder Koog nature reserve awaits with wide horizons, fresh North Sea air, and impressive birdlife – perfect for walks and mindful moments in nature. If you want to combine movement and relaxation, you’re in the right place: each morning, we invite you to 30 minutes of yoga for a clear, energizing start. In the evening, join our varied program with Qi Gong, Yoga, Capoeira, Taiji, and Taekwon Do. You can easily book classes on site, regardless of your experience level. Wi-Fi is available.
