We currently operate several locations in Bavaria, including Regensburg and Straubing.

☆Welcome to dreamcation Apartments in Straubing South☆ Our newly built apartments range in size from 45 to 113 m² and are furnished to the highest standard, ensuring they meet all your needs. Each apartment features a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, comfortable hotel-style beds, a private living room with a smart TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. The bathrooms are also very modern and include a shower as well as amenities such as a hairdryer, shampoo, and soap. This makes our apartments particularly suitable for longer stays. Each apartment has a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Self-check-in is available 24/7. One free parking space per apartment is provided, as well as bicycle parking at the building.

Straubing is an independent city in the Lower Bavaria administrative region of Eastern Bavaria with 49,164 inhabitants (as of December 31, 2022). In the late Middle Ages, the city was one of the capitals of the Bavarian duchies, alongside Munich, Landshut, and Ingolstadt, a fact still reflected in its architecture today. Numerous companies are located in the surrounding industrial parks. The Danube flows through the city. Once a year in August, one of Germany's largest folk festivals takes place in Straubing – the Gäubodenfest. The Bavarian Forest begins on the other side of the Danube and is a popular recreational area for relaxation, hiking, skiing, and other activities.
