For swimming enthusiasts, there are several wonderful lidos: Übersee, Chieming or Bernau-Felden. Nearby you will find Lake Reifinger in Grassau (only 3 km) and Lake Wössener in Unterwössen (5 km) – two wonderful natural swimming lakes, perfect for relaxing summer days. Winter & skiing: Winter sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth! The Kössen (Austria) and Winkelmoosalm/Steinplatte ski areas offer perfectly groomed slopes for all skill levels. Cross-country skiers will find fantastic trails in Reit im Winkl or on the Winkelmoosalm. For over 10 years, this house has been our personal retreat, where we have experienced countless wonderful moments as a family – from hiking together in the surrounding area to cosy evenings by the fireplace and cheerful barbecues on the terrace. Every corner of this house holds beautiful memories. Now that our children are older and often have their own plans at the weekend, the house is unfortunately empty more often than we would like. That's why we are delighted to give other people the opportunity to experience the same wonderful times here as we have. What gives us the most pleasure?
