The flat is newly renovated and fully equipped. A parking spot is located next to the entrance, and there is a garden beside the house. The neighborhood is quiet, and the flat is easy to access.
The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. In the village, you can find a small store with a bakery, a restaurant, and a döner shop. You can also start many walks directly from the flat to enjoy the surrounding nature, the village, and the nearby nature reserve. Close by, there is also a football field and a small playground.
