What you can look forward to: • up to 10 guests (+ 2 toddlers) • 5 bedrooms (1 double bed 180 cm, 1 double bed 140 cm, 3 rooms with 2 single beds each) • a spacious open-plan kitchen/living area with a dining table for 10 – perfect for shared meals and game nights • sauna with shower and a relaxation room for cosy evenings (especially popular in autumn/winter) • terrace with seating and a barbecue – ideal for long breakfasts or a BBQ evening • easy arrival: 1 free parking space directly at the house on the property, secured by a gate; additional parking spaces are available on the neighbouring property • public transport right outside – quick access to the city centre/Old Town and many excursion destinations Bathrooms/WC: 2 bathrooms, an additional shower in the sauna area, plus 2 separate WCs (and an outdoor toilet on/near the terrace). Good to know: The house is spread over several levels and has many stairs (not barrier-free). Facing the street, it can be a bit livelier with the windows open. Celebrations are welcome (including bachelor/hen parties), as long as everyone is considerate: quiet hours from 10:00 pm. After 10:00 pm, please keep noise down outdoors and continue celebrating indoors at a reasonable volume. Thomas & Ina Büttner The owner of the holiday home is Thomas Büttner. Thomas is a master saddler and runs his saddlery and an equestrian sports shop nearby (approx. 200 m uphill). As a businessman and a family man, he is deeply rooted in the region. By his side is Ina, his wife, and his strong support – both professionally and privately. In their free time, Thomas loves spending time in the saddle, and the two of them enjoy travelling together and discovering new places. In 2019, Thomas fulfilled a personal dream: owning his own holiday home – and becoming a host, a role that still means a lot to him today. Anja Büttner After many years working as an HR manager, Anja Büttner – Thomas and Ina’s daughter-in-law – decided in 2025 to join the family business. With heart and strong organisational skills, she now takes care of the rentals and management of this holiday home as well as other holiday apartments in Dresden. From your first enquiry to your departure, Anja is your direct point of contact on site and is happy to help with any wishes or questions. Whether you want to explore Dresden, relax in nature, or simply unwind, she’s always glad to share tips and recommendations – personal, warm and reliable. In her free time, Anja loves being outdoors and travelling with her husband and their two children in their caravan.
