Our appealing holiday home Maring offers you, your family or your friends plenty of space in a pleasant and comfortable setting during your holiday on the Moselle. In front of and behind our holiday home we offer you two terraces where you can also have a leisurely barbecue. Have breakfast in the rising warm sun and enjoy a glass of wine while barbecuing in the evening in the cooling shade. All rooms are on the ground floor. You will want for nothing in our well-equipped kitchen. Have a quick cup of coffee at our bar table before breakfast or in between. In the living room we offer you a sofa bed in addition to the couch and the armchairs. From the living room with the large flat screen TV you can access the rear terrace. The two bedrooms are also equipped with a flat screen TV. In addition to the modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and bathtub, our holiday home also has a large guest bathroom with toilet and urinal, here we also provide a washing machine for you.

Our renovated holiday home Maring with an attractive and elegant interior is located on the outskirts of Maring-Noviand above Lieser, Mülheim and Bernkastel-Kues on the Moselle. The history of Maring-Noviand dates back to Roman times when the area was occupied by the Romans and became part of the province of Gallia Belgica. In the Middle Ages, Maring-Noviand belonged to the Duchy of Luxembourg and later to the Electorate of Trier. In the 19th century, Maring-Noviand came under Prussian administration and became part of the newly created district of Bernkastel. The wine town is known for the excellent quality of its wines and its picturesque landscape surrounded by vineyards. During your Moselle holiday, our Maring holiday home is the ideal starting point for leisure activities such as varied and leisurely cycling on the cycle paths along the Moselle with its steep slopes and full vines. Take excursions to sights such as the cities of Trier and Bernkastel-Kues or to the Machern monastery.

Maring-Noviand is a quiet village above the left bank of the Moselle with a rich history and lively wine production. Enjoy the beautiful landscape, the excellent wines and the tranquility away from the holiday hustle and bustle. In the 18th century many of the historical buildings were built in the village, including the Church of St. Martin and the Maring-Noviand Castle. The castle is now a wine museum. Over the centuries, wine production has played an increasingly important role in the lives of the people of Maring-Noviand. Today the wine town is known for its excellent wines, especially the Riesling, which is grown in the Moselle region. In the immediate vicinity of Maring-Noviand are some of the most beautiful and impressive vineyards in the region, including the famous Bernkasteler Doctor, one of the best Riesling vineyards in Germany. Unfortunately, Maring-Noviand itself has hardly any infrastructure of its own. To shop for your daily needs, drive or cycle to the neighboring towns of Mülheim, Lieser or Bernkastel-Kues.
