Welcome to Ferienhaus Schwinger – your retreat in the idyllic Bavarian Forest. Our two lovingly furnished holiday apartments accommodate up to 8 people and are perfect for families seeking a relaxing getaway. Each apartment features two separate bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room. The south-facing balconies invite you to enjoy views of the garden and the solar-heated pool. In our spacious garden, you can unwind and let the day come to a peaceful close. A charcoal grill is available for guests to use. For a comfortable stay, we provide bed linen, towels, as well as baby and toddler equipment, such as a crib and high chair. Wi-Fi and two parking spaces are also included. On request, both bedrooms in each apartment can be used without additional charge if booked for only two people. Whether you are looking for tranquility or want to actively experience nature – this is the perfect place for you. Please note that arrivals and departures typically take place on Saturdays. Individual arrangements, such as flexible check-in and check-out days or booking the upper apartment for up to 4 people, are available upon request.

Our holiday home is located on the peaceful outskirts of Böbrach, a charming village in the Bavarian Forest, just five kilometers from Bodenmais. The location is perfect for nature lovers and active vacationers: Discover numerous hiking trails and mountain biking routes, experience the unique landscape of the Bavarian Forest National Park, or visit the cross-country skiing center 'Bretterschachten' and the ski areas at the Großer Arber. Families will enjoy attractions such as the summer toboggan runs in the area or the 'House of Wilderness' in Zwiesel. Culture enthusiasts can take trips to the 'Gläserne Scheune' (Glass Barn) or explore the historic sights of Passau and Regensburg. In the village, you’ll find a small shop offering fresh bread rolls even on Sundays, as well as a butcher. Additional shopping options are available in the nearby towns of Teisnach and Bodenmais. Here in Böbrach, you can immerse yourself in nature and escape the hustle of daily life.
