Welcome to Rosenwarft! This 150-year-old former farmhouse features a spacious garden with play equipment, a gazebo, and seating areas. Barbecue facilities are available upon request. Inside, you'll find a cozy lounge with a play and reading corner, table football, and seating for up to 16 people for shared evenings. Use of the washing machine and dryer is available upon request for an additional fee. A cot, high chair, or pets can be requested when booking and are available on request for an extra charge per pet and night. A parking space is about 25 m from the building. Bed linen, dish towels, hand towels (no bath towels), and utilities such as water, electricity, heating, and final cleaning are included.
