We opened our holiday apartment in June, 2019. Since then we have been able to welcome many guests. What do you expect from us? A beautiful, wooded and water-rich environment, a well-kept, park-like natural garden - and a comfortable, well-equipped apartment. In the morning you will be woken up by the song of the birds, and during breakfast you can watch the squirrels playing their game. Especially the nature lovers among you will get their money's worth. Here is a hint for arrival: Our property is located directly on the main road, opposite the confluence of the Niephagenstraße. It can be seen on the sign "Ferienwohnung am Wald" and on the white-painted goal posts. Don't let your GPS send you down a side street, stop in front of our property and ring the bell. We will then come to you immediately and show you where to park. We have a parking space for guests on our property.

My husband Michael and I are always curious when guests arrive. Who are the guests? Where do they come from? For what purpose do they come to Biesenthal? We share their destiny and help them where we can. If our sympathy is not desired, of course, we hold ourselves back. It is particularly interesting to get to know people from foreign countries. The advantage is that we speak several languages. So our foreign guests have no difficulty in communicating their wishes. We are both already retired, have our own grandchildren and are particularly happy when children come to us. In the apartment there are children's books and games, in the outside area a digging box, a climbing frame with a swing, a seesaw and a trampoline. There is also a garden shower. A small pool for children can be set up in fine weather. We live on the property ourselves and are therefore always accessible.

Our apartment is located at a distance of 1.6 km from the center of Biesenthal, on the outskirts direction Lanke. Right behind the property runs the Alte Hellmühler Weg, a beautiful hiking trail that runs across the Biesenthaler basin and along a picturesque river through the forest to Hellmühle and Hellsee. There you can experience nature up close. About halfway to the market, the cycle path branches off to Usedom. Our apartment is thus an ideal starting point for hikes and bike rides in the area. In summer you can go swimming in the nearby Wukensee. The outdoor pool on the lake Wukensee is one of the most beautiful outdoor pools in the state of Brandenburg. In autumn, you can pick mushrooms in the forest. Bicycles can be rented from us. But maybe you want to see the sights of Berlin. The motorway is only 4 km, the journey time to Berlin is about half an hour. The walk to the bus stop takes 10 minutes, the drive to Bernau half an hour. With the S-Bahn you are then in 40 minutes in Berlin-Friedrichstrasse. The regional express takes 20 minutes to Berlin-Gesundbrunnen.
