The holiday flat is easily accessible, making it a good starting point to the island of Rügen, Fischland-Darß, Rostock and the ferry to the island of Hiddensee and, of course, for a city trip to Stralsund. Stralsund's highlights include the Ozeaneum and the Maritime Museum, which will reopen in summer 2024 after renovation. A stroll along the harbour and through the old town with its brick buildings is highly recommended. There are many cycle paths in the region.
