“This property was huge for 2 people, extremely well equipped and was a touch of luxury. Initially, we had a bit of a panic, when we seemed to be driving out of Passau, but it was a great location. Easy cycling access to the Danube and Passau.”

This holiday flat has a parking space, a furnished terrace, a spacious living and dining area with a comfortable leather sofa and a fully equipped fitted kitchen including coffee capsule machine, bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, a bedroom with box spring bed and wardrobe, air conditioning. The A3 is close to the flat, so traffic noise is to be expected outside. However, due to the good insulation and the soundproof windows, it is pleasantly quiet in the flat.
