The Henniger holiday flat is a spacious and very centrally located family flat in the heart of Dresden. The flat is located on Bautzner Str. 12a in the rear building and is therefore very quiet! Nevertheless, you are in the centre of Dresden and the public transport system is right outside the door! You can park your car in the underground car park with direct access to the staircase and the flat. The flat is divided into a large living room with a dining area for 4 people and a sitting area with flat screen TV and HIFI system. Adjacent to this living room there is a terrace with garden furniture and the possibility to barbecue. The two bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable wide double beds, face north and are therefore nice and cool. So 4 persons can sleep comfortably. There is also the possibility of an extra bed for small children. A travel cot is available. You do not need to bring bed linen and towels, everything is provided. The flat also has a bathroom with bathtub and toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. Here you will find amenities such as a washer-dryer, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, microwave, cooker, etc. Internet access for our guests completes the equipment of this holiday flat, which is optimal for families. The entire flat was completely renovated in 2018 and has parquet flooring.
