Practical and comfortable ground-floor apartment in a popular and quiet residential area with a sunny terrace. The city center of Greifswald is a 15-minute walk away. The apartment is located on the ground floor and features a lovely, large terrace with a beach chair and seating. It is ideal for 2-4 people. The living room with open-plan kitchen includes a comfortable sofa bed for two people and a flat-screen TV with satellite connection. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The kitchen area is equipped with a refrigerator/freezer, stove, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, and a dining table for four. The convenient bathroom has a shower. All windows have blackout curtains or pleated blinds, and some also have mosquito nets. A parking space and bicycle rack are available in front of the building.
