Modern meets rustic: this is what labels our holiday apartment with a castle view. Rejoice to a relaxing vacation! Our lovingly designed holiday apartment is part of a half-timbered house on the edge of downtown Wernigerode. The proximity to the center and the forest as well as a bus stop and parking lot right in front of the door make the location unique. With a total size of approx. 90 m², the apartment offers optimal comfort for four to six people. The apartment is equipped with two balconies and has a spacious fitted kitchen. Our bungalow with cozy 20 m² is located directly behind the half-timbered house and is equipped with underfloor heating. A total of 2 people and pets can be accommodated here. A small terrace also serves as a retreat in the countryside. The large garden with a pond, communal seating area and barbecue area right next to the house offers the opportunity to relax in the fresh air.
My name is Christoffer. I took on the apartment and the bungalow from my grandparents and moved into the half-timbered house with my family. My wife Kerstin and I have put a lot of love, sweat and blood into the renovation. But there will probably still be work to do for ages ... and we look forward to it - similarly to welcome you! Wernigerode is a city that is looking for its equal. In the "Colorful City near the Harz Mountains" there are half-timbered houses, cozy cafes, bars, parks and (not to forget) the Wernigerode Castle. There are countless hiking routes and destinations that can be reached by foot, by bike or by bus. A must do during a visit is to experience the Brocken (by foot or by the "Brocken Railway")!
