Our 80 sqm holiday apartment with 2 separate double bedrooms therefore offers modern comfort that guarantees relaxation.Our holiday apartment is a new building, constructed according to the efficiency guidelines in accordance with KFW 70 standards. It features underfloor heating and a decentralized ventilation system. The total area of 80 square meters consists of a large living and dining room, a modern kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. All rooms have been furnished with great attention to detail and for maximum comfort for our guests. The offer is completed by a furnished garden terrace (including a barbecue) and a separate parking space for the holiday apartment.
