This holiday flat has a car parking space, a furnished small terrace, a spacious living and dining area with a fold-out sofa bed and fully equipped fitted kitchen including coffee capsule machine, bathroom with shower, WC and washing machine, a bedroom with box spring bed and wardrobe, air conditioning. The A3 is close to the flat, so traffic noise is to be expected outside. However, due to the good insulation and the soundproof windows, it is pleasantly quiet in the flat.
