The modern furnished, 60m² apartment on the first floor offers space for up to 8 adults. There are other apartments in the same house. There are reserved parking spaces right outside the front door. The studio has a city view. The apartment is located in a trendy area close to the center and quiet. The old town can be easily reached on foot in 20 minutes or by streetcar in 4 minutes. The tectake Arena (where concerts and other events take place) is just a few minutes' walk away. There is a public green area behind the house. A few meters further on you are already on the Main and can enjoy a wonderful view of the fortress and the "Käppele" along the river as you walk into town. There is a pharmacy, doctors, hairdresser, grocery store and much more nearby. A city beach and the riverbank are nearby.
