Our small holiday apartments are part of the horse farm located between Birkholz and Blumberg, not far from Bernau. From the large panoramic window, you can look directly onto the horse paddock and the small garden with seating, which you are welcome to use. The holiday apartment features a living area with a comfortable sofa bed, desk, and flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower. Towels and a hairdryer are provided. A small space-saving spiral staircase leads you to the second level of the room, where you will find a large double bed. Bed linen is included. Please note that unfortunately no Wi-Fi is available. The accommodation is easily accessible by car via an unpaved forest road, and ample parking is available in front of the farm complex. There are public transport connections to Berlin from Blumberg (regional train), Ahrensfelde (S-Bahn), Bernau, and Buch (S-Bahn). All are between 5–15 minutes away by car. Alexanderplatz is about 35 minutes away by car.

We have been running the horse farm with our small team since March 2020 and, for the most part, completed the holiday apartments ourselves in May 2024. Our main agricultural business and a small hotel guesthouse are located a few minutes’ drive from the horse farm. While we do not live directly on-site, we are usually at the farm in the evenings and can otherwise be reached by phone.

Aside from the proximity to Berlin with all its attractions, our holiday apartment is also close to leisure and cultural offerings in Bernau and Eberswalde. Day trips to the idyllic Liebnitzsee, the Schönower Heide, or even to the Spreewald are easily possible. Holland Park is only a few minutes away. On our farm, we only keep privately owned horses, which we care for responsibly on behalf of their owners. Accordingly, we do not operate a riding school on the premises.
