A cozy and quiet attic apartment, which has been newly renovated, with a beautiful view. Sunrises and sunsets are very nice to see and since the sun orbits the apartment, it is very bright. There are two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm double bed and the other with two single beds, 120 cm each. The dining area consists of a kitchen directly connected to the living room. The bathroom is fitted with a large bathtub with a shower. The living space The apartment is intended for self-catering, but as entered below, there is the possibility to visit one of the best Bavarian restaurants at about 50 m. Access for guests Separate apartment in the attic, with separate entrance, via common staircase. More important information We speak German and English.
In the area you can go hiking, cycling, swimming, skiing and simply relaxing :-). In our neighborhood there are shops, a bakery and a renowned Bavarian inn with restaurant. In the area you will also find hiking, cycling trails, in winter we have ski trails and the nearest ski slope is about 7 km away. Freudensee is a lake located on the edge of the air spa town of Hauzenberg in the southern Bavarian Forest. About 9 km from Sonnen, it is nestled between gentle granite domes in the middle of the largest clean air area in Germany. The approx. 1.6 km long circular trail around the Freudensee, with its unspoilt shore line and largely untouched nature, invites you to a romantic hike through a small paradise all year round. Summer makes the Freudensee with its wonderful location a special bathing lake. In winter, the frozen lake offers winter leisure fun for the whole family. One of the most beautiful natural areas of the Bavarian Forest is the wildly romantic Saußbachklamm. A natural spectacle in which the lush vegetation is the backdrop all around.
