In our house you can expect a spacious 120sqm vacation apartment in wood stand construction. The apartment is accessible via its own external staircase and is located on the 1st floor. The special feature of the apartment is the magnificent lake and mountain view from the covered, large balcony / loggia.Attention! Currently there is a construction site near our house, so there may be some noise!

Our house is located in a very quiet village location in the district Egerer. Directly from the house you can comfortably cycle on bike paths e.g. to the Chiemsee. A restaurant and shopping facilities including a bakery are within walking distance.
