It features a living room, a bedroom with a king-size bed (2.0 x 2.40 m), a bathroom with sink and shower, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen includes a coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. The apartment accommodates up to 2 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a flat-screen TV with cable, a radio/CD player, and a collection of games. Public transport is about 500 m away on foot. Supermarkets are within a 5-minute walk. In town, you’ll find two bakeries, the volunteer-run pub KummRin on the church square, tennis courts, a sports field with artificial turf, and a swing path.
