Company info

We are a British-German family and love to share our love for Dresden and enjoy having guests from all over the world. For bigger flats and more space, please also check out our 3 "Villa Golding" apartments, only 5 min. away from Frühling-Straße. As far as possible we will do the check-in ourselves. Arrangements will be made before arrival.

Property info

Wonderful, spacious studio flat (53.5m2) with balcony facing the quiet courtyard, just around the corner from Alaun-Park. Metres away from the bars and restaurants in the hip DD-Neustadt. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen, storage chamber, four-poster-bed, seating area with tv, desk, dining table etc. The WC is separate from the bathroom (the latter with bathtub & washing machine). There is also a duplex parking space (not suitable for cars higher than 1.45m!) and a private cellar compartment. Cars can also park directly on the street, parking fees apply - day rate is three Euro (parking is free of charge between midnight and 9am).

Äußere Neustadt: Dresden’s hippest area is the quarter of students, young professionals and artists. A multicultural melting pot, it’s modern, lively and offbeat. More than 100 bars, pubs, clubs and music venues are wedged between Albertplatz and Stauffenbergallee. Needless to say, the streets of Äußere Neustadt quarter are buzzing on a weekend night when students and young professionals embrace the nightlife. During the day they sip on chai lattes and cold brew coffee, eat vegan Buddha Bowls or Spanish tapas, shop at trendy fashion boutiques and frequent the small art galleries. It is easy to find your ways around the quirky Neustadt, many people use bikes or public transport. The street is a one-way-street, parking fees apply on the street. Tram no. 13 is a 5min. (400m)walk from the flat. Bus no. 74 is an 8min. (600m) walk from the flat. Bus no. 64 is a 10min. (800m) walk from the flat. Tram no. 11 is a 10min. (900m) walk from the flat. Tram no. 7 is a 10min. (900m) walk from the flat. Tram no. 8 is a 10min. (900m) walk from the flat. Bus no. 477 is a 10min. (900m) walk from the flat.
