This cozy garden apartment is located on the ground floor of a former cowshed that housed livestock until the mid-1990s. Renovations began in 2015, resulting in three very distinct apartments. The entire building was renovated with a focus on sustainability and energy efficiency, using healthy building materials such as clay, wood, and natural insulation. Our garden apartment may not be the largest—but it’s modern and stylishly designed. Underfloor heating, a spacious walk-in shower, large windows, and a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and dryer make it perfect for longer stays. In the garden, you can have a BBQ or simply relax. We have a lockable shed for bicycles, and you can park your car right in front of the door. Our boat dock is right on the property, and we rent out canoes and/or SUPs on-site.

We’ve been renting out vacation apartments in our region since 2019, and what started as a hobby has now become our profession. We’re currently working on our third apartment… We place great importance on providing perfect accommodations, cleanliness, and a friendly, courteous atmosphere. You can expect to find basic amenities such as spices, coffee, shampoo, and shower gel in our apartments.

The Ketzin Havelland region, with the Havel River’s winding course and its countless lakes, is truly unique and perfect for day trips of any length. The waterways, in particular, with their incredible diversity, offer a place to unwind and take a deep breath—and are ideal for swimmers! There are 3 supermarkets nearby, and Karls Erdbeerhof as well as the city limits of Berlin and Potsdam are within a 20-minute radius. A bus stop (Bus 614) is within a 5-minute walk. Your pets will especially enjoy the hiking trails along the river and around the lake. Here, you can be close to the cities yet still hear only the frogs at night and, occasionally, a rooster in the morning.
