Welcome to the city of three rivers and this special old town apartment in Passau Old town flair – central 2-room apartment for up to 5 people in the old town style. A large balcony (with barbecue from spring onwards), quiet yet central. Bicycle? Free of charge! The Roman museum Kastell Boiotro is next door to the beautiful Italian garden. All this in the middle of the city, where you won't have to go without anything. Upon entering, you will find yourself in a large entrance hall with plenty of space for coats and luggage. A separate toilet is directly connected. To the left is the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine, and dryer – ideal for short and long stays. To the right of the entrance area, three small steps lead to the cozy living area. To the left is the bathroom with a large shower and freestanding sink. The bedroom is stylishly furnished and has a comfortable queen-size bed. From the window, you can see the Boiotro Castle and the Italian garden – an authentic old town feeling with solid wood floors. Straight ahead is another living room and bedroom with a large sofa bed for two people, a single bed, and a cozy living area with a TV. This room leads directly onto the exceptionally spacious and quiet balcony. Despite its central location, it offers a beautiful view of the greenery—ideal for morning coffee or relaxing evenings. There is a bicycle storage area on the ground floor of the house, which is sometimes well used, but usually offers parking spaces. In addition, the apartment comes with a bicycle, which is available to our guests free of charge during their stay – perfect for exploring Passau and the surrounding area at your leisure.

You dive right into the historic old town on the Inn River and embark on a discovery tour in Lederergasse, whose atmosphere shapes the city. The streets tell stories as you stroll through the alleys – St. Stephen's Cathedral, St. Nicholas Cathedral, and the glass art in the Passau Glass Museum characterize the cityscape. During the day, there are cozy cafés and regional restaurants; in the evening, the nightlife awakens: stylish bars, live music in clubs or pub districts around the old town, small breweries with regional beer specialties, and vibrant squares where locals and visitors meet. The Veste Oberhaus offers panoramic views during the day, and at night the view over the city shimmers. The Danube, Inn, and Ilz rivers run along the riverbanks – ideal for evening walks or a leisurely boat trip in the evening atmosphere. Everything is within walking distance, reachable from Passau Central Station in 15–25 minutes.
