Our “Time Out” apartments are located in the heart of Herzogenaurach. Despite the central location, our modern “Time Out” apartments are perfectly connected. Each apartment is fully equipped, has a large living room with open kitchen, a separate bedroom, a bathroom with storage room and a cozy balcony. Each apartment also has a free parking space directly in front of the building. The numerous outlets and the well-known rehabilitation clinic (m&i Fachklinik) are just a few minutes' drive away.
On February 01, 2024 we, Iris and Stylianos Ziogas, took over the “Time Out” apartments. About us: Stylianos Ziogas: 1992-94 I attended the international cooking school in Athens, where I cooked in 5-star restaurants and then started my career at the ROBINSON Club in Kos/ GR. I worked in Switzerland, Spain and also in various locations here in Germany. Iris Ziogas: After graduating from high school, I did an apprenticeship as a hotel manager and also worked at ROBINSON Clubs in Greece, Austria and Spain. In 2007, we set up our own small bistro and also provided various catering services here and there. The demand grew and so we focused more and more on catering. In 2010 we took over the supply of several school and kindergarten facilities with our “Time Out” catering and at the same time we were tenants of the Herzogenaurach clubhouse from 2016 and organized several events - including large weddings, cabarets, club meetings, concerts, etc. Since February 1st, 2024, we have been managing the “Time Out” apartments and are very much looking forward to nice guests and interesting conversations.
Our “Time Out” apartments are very centrally located and are only a few minutes' walk from various restaurants, stores and the market square. Herzogenaurach is known for the 3 large companies based here: adidas-AG, Puma SE and the Schaeffler Group. There are several outlets that offer affordable shopping and our large “Atlantis” leisure pool rounds off the leisure facilities. The large (rehab) m&i specialist clinic is located directly on the outskirts of the town and can be reached directly via the bypass. Within a few minutes you are on the highway A3, to Nuremberg it is about 25 minutes.
