Located a short walk from the ferry harbor, this hotel on the island of Helgoland offers comfortable rooms with free wireless internet and a large sun terrace overlooking the sea. Most rooms at the welcoming Haus Hanseat feature balconies with wonderful views, either of the sea or inland. Rooms are individually furnished and equipped with all modern facilities, including safe. The hotel serves a large, healthy breakfast, snacks for lunch and homemade cake in the afternoon. During good weather, sit out on the terrace. The Haus Hanseat is an ideal base for exploring the island’s idyllic, car-free lanes with their charming shops, cozy restaurants and cafes. The island offers excellent duty-free shopping.

“Uitstekende kamer met mooie nieuwe douche. Geheel zeer schoon. Het enige is dat het vroeg licht is in de kamer door de witte gordijnen. Erg goed ontbijt! Op korte loopafstand van de boot en met 50 m sta je in het centrum. Absolute aanrader.”
