Beautiful house next to the lake in Annahütte. Beautifully situated house with a large bedroom, large living room and beautiful kitchen on the ground floor (+ possibly 2 bedrooms in the attic) 90 meters from Lake Annahütte. On the ground floor, there is space for 2 adults and a child, and then up to two further rooms (for a maximum of 4 people) can be used in the attic, with their own toilet, provided that more than 2 people are booked. In the attic, there is a room with a double bed (160x200) for up to 4 adults. When booking for more than 5 adults, a second additional room with a double bed (140x200) is available on the top floor. When booking for 3 adults, the additional room on the top floor with the double bed (140x200 cm) is included. The attic is accessible via a staircase and is located on the 2nd floor. The number of bedrooms depends on how many people are booked for. If there are up to 2 people + max. 1 child, there is one bedroom on the ground floor; from 3 people onwards there are two bedrooms (including 1 under the roof on the 2nd floor) and from 5 people onwards there are 3 bedrooms (including 2 under the roof) available. An additional children's mattress is only available in the bedroom on the ground floor. The lake, with its beautiful birch trees, is a great place to swim. The public bathing area is directly behind the house and is suitable for children. There is also a terrace and garden with parking. The lake can be reached on foot from the garden. Wonderful landscape with many bike paths in the immediate vicinity. Ideal for family or couple vacations.

In the nearby forests you will find peace and relaxation. Senftenberg and the F60 visitor mine as well as the Lausitzring are in the immediate vicinity and well worth a visit. Children will find everything their hearts desire with the playgrounds and the lake, the forest and the riding opportunities nearby. The beautiful lakes of Lausitzer Seenplatte are in the surrounding and woth amny visits.
