On the raised ground floor of my house you will find a 36 sqm light-flooded room with an open living and sleeping area. Your toilet is two steps across the hall, opposite the studio door. You live on this floor alone. Your bathroom is one level up. Bathroom and toilet are for your exclusive use. All rooms have a view of the forest and garden. The adjoining winter garden with kitchen utensils, refrigerator, microwave with grill, steamer and crisper, induction plate, kettle, espresso maker, French press, toaster, fan, table and chairs, is the ideal breakfast room - unless you prefer the spot in the garden. Fresh drinking water in the fridge. And since there is no running water in the winter garden, you don't need to do the washing up yourself (it's relaxing!). The Amselgarten is also a perfect place for a break. Above all, it is ideal for culture travelers who need peace and quiet, those tired of the city, avid readers (large shelf full of books), forest bathers, walkers, poets and other creative people. Home office in the countryside, even if the WiFi here is sometimes not as fast as in the city, but it reaches your garden table. Lots of space for yoga indoors and outdoors. Badminton and bicycles provide exercise. Riding stables in the area. Attention cat allergy sufferers: The house includes tomcat Bio and lucky cat Wilma. Please also note: The winter garden is not usable from mid-October to March due to weather conditions. But in the large room there is a dining table, dishes, cutlery, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. During this time, a small breakfast in the room is included in the price.
