Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Wohnlage in einem Stichweg. Das Zentrum mit Einkaufsmärkten und Restaurants ist fussläufig in 15 Minuten erreichbar. Nach 15-20 Minuten Fahrt mit dem Auto ist man im Wiehengebigre oder am schönen Weserradweg.
