We fell in love because of the beautiful proportions at house Schlafgemach and cherish the thought of moving here, when out kids have left home. One lives centrally but quietl (apart from the church clock which occasionally rings during the day), in the house with its, cozy atmosphere. At times when pigs were guided up the Marienstraße to graze outside the city, the heritage-listed house harbored a colonial shop with all its treasures from all over the world ...
We: My husband, I and our 3 children actually lived very happy and satisfied in the cozy city of Flensburg. But the longing for some adventure got grip of us, and we have been living in beautiful Cape Town/South Africa for several years now.
House "Schlafgemach" is centrally located. so you can walk to cafés, theater, Nordertor, cinema, harbor, museums, the weekly market on Saturday etc .... Organic grocer, the Danish bakery, and all the beautiful shops the pedestrian promenade of Flensburg has to offer, are only a stone's throw away. From the boat dock in the harbor you can even take a ferry directly to your beach basket at Glücksburger Strand.
