The former residential building has been freshly renovated and furnished in vintage style. It is located on the road to Chieming, it is quiet at night, during the day you can hear road traffic. A cycle path leads directly to the lake after 2 km. The two larger units are flats with a fully equipped kitchen. The smaller unit is a room with a queen-size double bed and bathroom without kitchen. Additional beds are available on request. In addition to the units, there is access to an office/small library and utility room.
I am a pianist and run a private music school in Munich. I would like to offer my family's former house to guests to make them feel at home and as a starting point for exploring the Chiemgau region.
Lake Chiemsee and the Chiemgau Alps with their ski areas are in the immediate vicinity. The distance to Salzburg is 55 km, to the Berchtesgaden National Park 62 km.
