Bedroom new 2021, children's room with double beds, completely renovated shower room from 2016, freshly renovated 2021,bright and friendly, washing machine free of charge, dishwasher microwave, ceramic hob with oven, refrigerator with 3 star freezer, toaster, egg boiler, kettle, etc.. Sat-Smart TV,CD, DVD, new bright furnishings, leather sofa 2+3 seater, fully equipped for 4 people, bed linen, towels, W-LAN and heat cabin bookable for an extra charge. In the period 01.10.-15.4. heating costs/electricity costs are calculated according to consumption!!! 0,70 Euro per KW/h. For animals must be a veterinary certificate before arrival, with older than 72 hours, from which it is evident that the animal is free of vermin.The 45 sqm apartment was completely renovated in 2021, new modern shower room,new bedroom 2021 washing machine free of charge
